In this model, 3S operates a service center which interfaces with our clients and offshore. The service center team is accessible to our customers locally. This reduces greatly the risk of project failures due to communication gap which is typical of an on-site/offshore delivery model. In this model, solutions are delivered every two to four weeks rather than months. The agility of the model allows for 'last minute changes' to the requirements without compromising the quality of the deliverable.
